Thai Sweet sticky rice with mango,"Khao Neeo Mamuang".
This is the one of my favourite dishes which I tried to cook here,Norway.
I choose to use the Brasil mangoes instead of Thai mangoes because of Thai mangoes are very expensive here.These are tasty and sweet but not as fragrant as most Thai mangoes:-)
I cooked it yesterday.And husband really enjoyed it,he said it's one of his favourite dishes too:-)

I like Khao Neaw Mamuang as well. Mango "Nam Dok Mai" has a sweet smell and goes well with sticky rice.
Agree with you!I like "Nam Dok Mai"too,but it's very expensive to buy here.I think that it's about 360 bath or more... per kilo!
Oh! too much expensive. When you come back to Thailand, do not forget to take some from Thailand for your lovely husband in order to let him try how sweet "Nam Dok Mai" is. ;)
